Lurk & Load started with a simple observation: owner-operators were leaving money on the table every single week. Not because they weren't working hard — they were working harder than anyone. But between chasing brokers, fighting for rates, and drowning in paperwork, there wasn't enough time left to actually run a business.
We built Lurk & Load to fix that. Our dispatchers are freight industry veterans who know the load boards, know the brokers, and know how to negotiate. We take the business side off your plate so you can focus on what you do best — driving.

She started Lurk & Load Logistics because she knows firsthand the struggle for owner-operators to do it all — dispatch, paperwork, broker negotiations, and still find time to drive. This company exists to take that weight off your shoulders.

Senior Freight Dispatcher
Marcus brings 8 years of load board expertise and broker negotiation to every dispatch. Specializing in flatbed and heavy haul lanes across the Southeast and Midwest, he's known for squeezing top-dollar rates out of brokers who think they can lowball.
